Jiarui (Albert) Zhou, PhD


 

Albert has 15 years of research experience in machine learning and computational biology and over 20 years of experience in software development. His research focuses on using explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), multimodal learning, and graph modelling for the integrated analysis of multi-omics "big" data, aiming to bridge the gap between computational and biological worlds to tackle the emerging data science challenges in environmental health studies. Albert received a MRes in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering.
